[May 1947] Founded to sell automotive parts
[June 1951] Incorporated with 1 million yen in capital
[June 1957] Acquisition of Columbia Co., Ltd. to launch wholesale distribution in Hokuriku, Shikoku and Sanin regions
[July 1964] Headquarters building built
[April 1967] Trading division established separated from Automotive parts division to enhance the construction machinery and industrial vehicle business
